Fregona is the village where this type of wine was born.<\/p>\n<p>Great <strong>meditation wine<\/strong>, to finish the lunch or to be paired with dry pastries, or mature and blue cheeses. &#8220;Ciaco\u00e9&#8221; in Veneto dialect means chatting, in a positive sense. It refers to chats with friends, at the table or in a pub. It recalls friendly moments and parties.<\/p>\n<p>Torchiato di Fregona has a long history. A legend from the 1600s tells about a farmer, who let grapes mature on the beams of his granary. Grapes got dry and became sweet during the winter.
