The 2017 vintage is the birth date of a new project.<\/p>\n<p>Three youg brothers decided to make <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/cadirajo\/vini\/iconema-tai-doc-piave.php\"><strong>ICONEMA<\/strong><\/a>, a <strong>Tai Doc Piave<\/strong> limited edition, Made from grapes from a vineyard <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/cadirajo\/Bellussera.php\"><strong>raised using the Bellussera method<\/strong><\/a>over 100 years old and has been cared for for generations by the Paladin family. Ca&#8217; di Rajo decided to adopt this vineyard of about one hectare. <br \/>\nThe system of vine cultivation in <strong>Bellussera<\/strong>, also known as ray system, is an ancient system mainly spread in Veneto and developed by Bellussi brothers from Tezze di Piave (Treviso) at the end of &nbsp;, in order to fight the scourge of downy mildew.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We are very proud of this project&#8221; &#8211; says Simone Cecchetto, one of the owners of Ca&#8217; di Rajo -. &#8220;We have an important viticultural heritage that needs to be protected. It identifies us. Our desire is to preserve this heritage, the Bellussera, and the native grape varieties of the Piave River Area, such as Raboso, Incrocio Manzoni Bianco or Rosa, and Marzemina Bianca&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3133 bottled of Iconema 2017 were produced and 100 magnum. All numbered bottles. &nbsp;The grapes, were all harvested by hand, laid on racks and dried for 25 days. This period gives the grapes more personality and elegance. This is a specialty of the Piave DOC: <em>&#8220;A unique Tai wine, obtained from Bellussere nearly one hundred years old&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Aslo, Iconema is art.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Iconema<\/strong> is &#8220;the historical memory of an area&#8221;. Its project is an idea of the Cecchetto family originated from a study of the <strong>Bellussera<\/strong> conducted by <strong>Diego Tomasi<\/strong>researcher at Crea-VE, Viticulture and Enology Research Center in Conegliano, Gianni Moriani, coordinator of the Master of Philosophy in Food and Wine &#8211;
