This is a vocated area for what concern the wine production<\/strong>, for three centuries. <\/span><\/p>\n

In 2009, the historic production area became a DOCG<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

100% Glera grapes<\/span> grown at over 300 metres above sea level. Ca’ di Rajo produces three version of Prosecco Doc Treviso: <\/span>Brut, Extra Dry e Dry.<\/b>Long charmat, slow fermentation and the choice of selected yeasts are the main features of our Prosecco DOC range. <\/span> <\/p>\n

Prosecco Doc Extra Dry is made entirely from grapes harvested by hand in vineyards trained with Bellussera method. <\/span><\/p>\n

Lemoss is a sur lie,<\/strong> maked only with Glera 100% harvested by hand in the Bellussera vineyard, and indigenous yeasts. This wine encapsulates the genuine nature of ancient peasant gestures. <\/span><\/p>\n
