Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry is a sparkling wine ideal for all aperitifs. Perfect for those seeking a slightly sweet, not too dry “bubble.” Bright in color with greenish highlights and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is reminiscent of acacia blossoms, with good intensity and distinctive notes of apple, lemon, and grapefruit. Good structure, smooth with pronounced fruit, balanced and savory. Pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by battered vegetables, cold pasta dishes, fresh cheeses and raw fish such as oysters and scampi.
