Wine Information

Presentation

Malanotte del Piave DOCG is the most complex version of Raboso and also the most refined. It is produced with approximately 30% dried grapes and is aged for at least 36 months in both barrels and barriques. Legend has it that on full moon nights, the Devil placed one foot on the Torre di Rai and the other on the bell tower of the Church of Carmine, within our estate. This story inspired the creation of our Notti di Luna Piena, a sumptuous wine with an intense and dense ruby red color. On the nose, it evokes the aromas of cherries, wild blackberries, and black cherries, with spicy hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and pepper. On the palate, it is sumptuous, supported by a remarkable structure and powerful tannins. The finish is broad and persistent. An aging Raboso that does not compromise.

Pairings

Perfect with more complex, slow-cooked meat dishes and game. We recommend pairing Raboso Malanotte del Piave DOCG with beef stew.
