Wine Information

Presentation

When talking about Treviso and Treviso wines, we can’t forget Incrocio Manzoni Bianco, a still wine that is part of the history of Veneto’s winemaking. In the 1930s, Professor Luigi Manzoni conducted his studies to develop a new variety that was more resistant to disease and had unique characteristics. Incrocio Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13 is one of his creations, the result of a hybridization of Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano. Nina is a tribute to Signora Palmira, known to all as Nina, the owners’ grandmother. And what better wine than this to represent the authenticity and distinctiveness of the region? An elegant wine, supported by a pleasing aroma with notes of exotic fruit, especially pineapple. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with acidity and minerality, reinforced by a good alcohol content and a slightly sweet finish.

Pairings

Particularly suitable for fish-based first courses, excellent with asparagus risotto, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
