Mitò Extra Dry Sparkling Wine is a brilliant straw yellow with greenish highlights and a very fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is of acacia blossom, with a good intensity and distinct notes of apple, lemon, and grapefruit. It is well-structured, smooth, with pronounced fruit, balanced and savory, and pleasant and harmonious on the palate. An excellent sparkling wine for a light aperitif, paired with vegetable finger foods or fresh fish.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with vegetable appetizers, such as Treviso radiccio. Ideal with vegetable risotto or as an accompaniment to a fish dinner.

Winemaking
