Merlot is one of the world’s most popular international red wines. Soft and well-structured, its aromas strike a perfect balance between berries and cinnamon, with a subtle spicy note from its oak aging. It displays a beautiful ruby red color with garnet highlights. On the palate, it is velvety and very elegant, with a pleasant finish and moderate tannins, ideal for anyone seeking a more balanced and easily paired red wine.
Pairings
Ideal with roast white meats, grilled meats, or medium-aged cheeses. We recommend pairing Merlot with roast rabbit.
