Presentation
Marinò is our tribute to Marino Cecchetto, the founder of the family and a role model for his grandchildren, who today run the winery, following their grandfather’s example and passion. Marinò is a deep ruby red wine, produced as a blend of three varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Raboso. The nose evokes the aroma of morello cherry with hints of pepper and vanilla. The palate is sumptuous with pronounced tannins. A full-bodied red wine with a pleasing acidity and a lingering, very pleasant finish.
Pairings
Game dishes or aged cheeses. We recommend pairing Marinò with pappardella with wild boar sauce.
