Presentation
Iconema is the story of a memory that longs to live on. A white wine produced exclusively with Tai grapes from a single, century-old vineyard trained using the Bellussera system. The hand-harvested grapes are laid out on racks and selected for a brief drying period. After aging in barrels, the wine is bottled in a limited, numbered edition. The aromas are intense and varied, from flint to ripe peach and saffron. On the palate, it is warm and dry, with good acidity and savory flavors. It has a great structure with excellent aromatic persistence and a lingering finish.
Pairings
Excellent with fish and shellfish, it also pairs perfectly with vegetable-based dishes.
