Our Chardonnay surprises with its smoothness. A white wine with a deep yellow color and a bouquet of aromas ranging from floral to white fruit. On the palate, it is minerally, with good acidity that gives it structure and persistence, also thanks to a brief aging in wood. An ideal wine with white meats or fish, this Chardonnay pairs perfectly with vegetable-based dishes, from the simplest to the most elaborate and exotic.
