Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world’s most famous red wines, a beautiful ruby red with garnet highlights. Its smoothness is rivaled only by its aroma, which recalls blackberry and raspberry jam. An elegant wine with a full, fruity finish, it pairs perfectly with meat dishes but also pairs well with medium-aged cheeses.
