Sustainable viticulture and responsible innovation.
The cellar in San Polo di Piave
Ca’ di Rajo is a modern winery located in San Polo di Piave, in the province of Treviso. Here, technology and sustainability blend with Treviso’s winemaking tradition and culture.
We oversee all stages of production and have developed a production model geared towards sustainability throughout the entire supply chain. From vineyard management to packaging, we use available resources consciously, aiming to reduce waste and optimize production efficiency.

A sustainable winery works synergistically with the natural resources of the area. This is why we chose to promote the native Veneto grape varieties of the Piave area.
Ca’ di Rajo’s philosophy is based on promoting the Piave grape varieties, including native Veneto varieties such as Raboso and Incroci Manzoni Bianco and Rosa. Alongside these, the Cecchetto family has chosen to dedicate itself to the production of Prosecco, using Glera grapes from the Prosecco region. The Ca’ di Rajo wine collection also includes some gems, such as Torchiato di Fregona, and wines made from international varieties that express themselves best in this area.

Today, Ca’ di Rajo is a sustainable winery, a benchmark in the Veneto region. Over the years, we have pursued an investment strategy aimed at adopting renewable energy, recovering wastewater, and optimizing resources, from the vineyard to the bottling plant.
