Marinò is a tribute to Marino Cecchetto, forefather of the family and reference person for the nephews, who are running the company today, following their grandfather example and passion.
Marinò is a ruby red wine, with an intense color, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Raboso.
On the nose it reminds of Marasca scent, with pepper and vanilla hints. Sumptuous, with marked tannins.
A red wine with a great structure, a pleasant acidity and a persistent finish.
Dishes based on game or mature cheeses. Our advice is to match Marinò with a pappardella with wild boar sauce.
